Fees:

Finder fee- 1 month's rent for advertising, screening, and locating a new tenant.

Screen prospective tenants, assist with lease agreement, move in and move out check list.

Management fee- 12 % monthly fee for managing the property on behalf of homeowner.

Repair & maintenance fee- A fee of 15 % will be added to the repairs and maintenance bill for repairs undertaken for managed properties.
