Realizing there was a need for a reliable general contractor with good customer service skills, Chris Demel became a Athens City certified general contractor in 2015 ( Registration # CR 19-000068). As the general contractor I partner with licensed plumbers, electricians, roofers, masons, carpenters, appliance repairmen, painters, airconditioning/ heating contractors and undertake small to medium size remodeling, repairs, new construction, and landscaping projects.
Due to high cost of labor, there will be a $ 120 fee for a written estimate, The cost of the estimate will be credited back to the customer if Demel Inc is selected as the general contractor for the job. A advance of 50 % is required prior to commencing the work and the balance due in stages.
